PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

Lawyer since 1995, he provides his professional advice, concerning infrastructures and public procurements regulations, project financing and competition policies, to national and multi-national companies, local Administrations and public Authorities, entrepreneurial associations.

He ranked first at the lawyer qualifying exam in the Law Court district of Perugia.

He attended the 1-year Master “De Franceschi” on EU and international law held by ICE (“Istituto per il Commercio estero”), and ranked first at the final exams.

From June 1998 to June 2002 he was accredited assistant of the italian representative of the EU Commission.for the “advisory committee on the opening of public procurements”

Since 1998, as expert, he’s a member of the “Infrastructures and public procurements Commission” of Confindustria.

In 2004 he was entrusted by one of the most important Italian industry association to represent it in the EU organisms and committees involved in public procurements regulations and matters.

From 1999 to 2004 he was consultant of the general infrastructural direction of Confindustria on public procurement matters.
Since 1999 he has been collaborating with the section “L’Esperto Risponde”  of the economic newspaper “Il Sole 24h”, on matters concerning public procurements regulations.

He’s registered in the lawyer registry of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana

CONVENTIONS AND SEMINARIES:
